In rare circumstances faults may occur during the manufacturing process. If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged
through no fault of your own please contact us. The goods will be returned to the distributor for testing and a determination made
by them if the goods shall be repaired or replaced.
Return of imported DVDs will not be accepted if the issue is that of compatibility. You must ensure your equipment is capable of
playing overseas region coded products.
Items supplied incorrectly or that differ greatly from that advertised will be exchanged.
Items will not be exchanged if you simply change your mind nor if you find the item cheaper somewhere else.
All returns are to be forwarded with the original shipping packaging including bubble wrap (therefore, it is critical you inspect all
items, particularly discs, immediately upon receipt). The invoice must be included as proof of purchase. Returns must be in the
original packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during return transit.
Return shipping must be via registered mail as Razzle Dazzle DVDs will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refund
of postage costs will be approved at our discretion.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and if a return is necessary, the goods must be shipped within 14 days of
receipt. Again we cannot stress enough to ensure you thoroughly inspect your purchase immediately.
